The new facility for Pillar Innovations in Morgantown, WV is comprised of 19,830 square feet over two floors. The first floor of the building will house the manufacturing & laboratory spaces of the building as well as core components. The second floor consists of offices, open office areas, a training facility, conference room, catering kitchen, support spaces, and core components. The brick exterior of the building is accentuated with brick banding, composite metal panels, and LOW-E reflective glass. The design allows for future expansion for Pillar Innovations in their ever growing market.
In 2014, Beitzel contracted Paradigm to design a duplicate of the building with some modifications for their office headquarters in Grantsville, MD. The newer building in Grantsville is 30,000 square feet over three floors, adding a basement level consisting of flex space, large training rooms, storage, kitchen, and support space. Another significant difference in the two buildings is the courtyard that can be accessed from the basement level.
